About MeI started my recruiting career in 1998. I started in an agency direct placement model. This role consisted of sales, client management, candidate development, leadership and permanent / consulting placements. In 2004, I left agency recruiting to expand myself into the wonderful world of corporate / in-house recruitment.
During this time, I realized Sourcing, Recruiting and Retaining talent no matter which side of the business I was involved with, was equal. I also realized, connecting with talent is truly my passion. I deeply enjoy Recruiting and all aspects of it, which is how Peterson Search & Consulting was created! I know finding the right talent for you and your organization will make ALL the difference. I wanted to be able to do that for multiple clients at the same time. |
